Senior Benefits & LOA Strategy Manager

BDO USA, P.C. seeks a Senior Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of the firm’s benefits and LOA programs. You will partner with the Director of Benefits to deliver innovative, cost-effective Total Rewards solutions that attract and retain top talent in a competitive market. Responsibility includes managing enrollment, COBRA and retiree plans, vendor performance, and compliance with ERISA, COBRA, ACA and state/local leave laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr BDO USA
