Job Description Job details: Position : OBGYN Location : Santa Cruz, CA Schedule : 3-4 clinic days per week post-call day 1-2 call shifts per week (4-6 per month, CALL FROM HOME) Various schedules available: Full-Time hospital based Full-Time full scope clinic & hospital based Call : Shared call: 1:6-7 with internal docs Hospitalist always present OBGYN EMR : Cerner Patient load : 15-20 (Everyone starts with a slow ramp up) Job Requirements : BC or BE in FM or IM New grads welcome (no 2027 grads) Support : 7 CNMs in clinic, 1 full-scope physician, 1 GYN/surg physician, hospitalists Credentialing : Up to 90 days (If they have CA license, can start sooner) Benefits : Full benefits for provider/family Up to 100K signing bonus Up to 20K relocation Student loan repayment assistance Annual CME allowance Malpractice Tail coverage 401k with match PSLF eligible About Us: HealthPlus Staffing is National Leader in the Healthcare Staffing Industry.
