Strategic Operations Manager, Global Consulting

Kearney Italia, Inc.

Kearney is seeking a Manager to join the Strategic Operations (SOP) Deliver Tower in the Americas. You will help define and implement strategies for clients, driving short-term results and longer-term competitiveness. You will collaborate with diverse teams, build client relationships, and support business development while advancing your leadership skills. Expect to travel ~50–80% across client sites in the Americas, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and shape major workstreams within the
