We offer great team member perks like Instapay (early access to your wages) and high interest savings through the EVEN app. Job Summary The “Digital Media Specialist” is a vital member of the Sales and Marketing team at CULTIVATED, the food, beverage, and hospitality partner of the Javits Center. The role involves ensuring compliance with brand standards, managing digital and print collateral, developing marketing initiatives, spearheading storytelling from concept to delivery, and capturing and editing photo/video content of food, beverage, and events. Main Areas of Responsibility Photo & video gathering and post-processing Social media management Signage & collateral creation and management (menus, lookbooks, brochures, internal forms, etc.) Website management support Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions Internal Sales & Operational Support: create and edit menus, service brochures, lookbooks, concept catalogs, and presentation decks; provide comprehensive packages for new product or equipment rollouts; design and produce digital and print signage; develop templates; provide administrative and technical support. Marketing: apply marketing principles, stay updated on trends, develop brand awareness strategies, serve as resource for trending ideas. Content & Copywriting for Storytelling: create and modify text for stories or processes, promote brand, develop content and templates for flyers and collateral. Photography & Videography: cover events, manage gallery, stage food & beverage photography, apply trends, edit with Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro. Social Media, Website, and Online Presence: manage accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), implement best practices, strategize initiatives, use Meta’s Business Suite, plan campaigns, create engaging stories, reels, short videos, engage departments. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop) Experience in social media and online presence management Experience in Hospitality/Food & Beverage/Events industry Proficient photography skills with DSLR and editing abilities; strong video editing skills, rendering experience a plus. Professional demeanor, friendly, engaging, strong work ethic, collaboration across departments, flexibility to assist other departments. Other responsibilities, tasks, and special projects as assigned.
