Account Executive

Responsibilities Maintain and organize all invoices for multiple business entities. Raise invoices and ensure timely collection of payments against them. Handle accounts payable, including vendor payments and expense reimbursements. Handle accounts receivable, including follow-ups with clients for outstanding payments. Manage and process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement. Manage and update accounts using QuickBooks and reconcile bank statements regularly. Track income and expenses, ensuring accuracy across all affiliated businesses. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Assist in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing Profit & Loss statements to track financial performance and provide insights for management decisions Support tax filing requirements by maintaining complete and accurate financial records. Maintain property-related accounts, including rent collections, utility bills, expenses, and upkeep records. Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management Work closely with management to ensure transparency and support decision‑making in financial operations. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks when required. Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets. Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting. Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards. Perform general accounting and administrative tasks as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred, not mandatory). Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Good understanding of payroll processing and bookkeeping principles. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks across different businesses. Good communication and problem‑solving skills. Experience: 3-4 years prior experience is preferred.
