Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a crew to complete landscape maintenance and construction projects efficiently and safely.
Perform hands-on landscaping tasks, including planting, mulching, pruning, installing seed and sod, grading, and lawn renovations.
Apply proper planting techniques and ensure accurate plant identification on job sites.
Install drainage systems according to project specifications.
Operate equipment such as MT-52 (or equivalent) skid steer loaders and mini excavators.
Coordinate with management to meet project timelines and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a landscaping crew leader, with references.
Proficiency in planting, mulching, pruning, installing seed and sod, grading, and lawn renovations.
Knowledge of proper planting techniques and plant identification.
Experience installing drainage systems.
Ability to operate MT-52 (or equivalent) skid steer loaders and mini excavators.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a truck and trailer.
Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
Strong leadership skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
