Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic school-based setting, providing exceptional speech-language pathology services to students ranging from 4 years old up to 8th grade, with a primary focus on helping 5th through 8th graders achieve their communication goals. This full-time, contract speech-language pathologist opportunity is onsite only, ensuring you can collaborate directly with fellow professionals and engage students in meaningful, face-to-face therapy. The role spans the 2026–2027 school year at 40 hours per week, letting you make a sustained impact while developing strong connections within the school community.

Ideal Experience and Competencies:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain.
• Background in pediatric or school-based therapy preferred.
• Experience or knowledge in teletherapy is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, support staff, and families.
• Passion for empowering students with diverse learning and communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to elementary and middle school students, primarily in grades 5–8.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans targeting articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication.
• Collaborate regularly with teachers and educational teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely, thorough documentation in alignment with school and legal requirements.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for all learners on your caseload.
