Memorial Physician Practices is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for the new Rehabilitation Hospital of Oak Creek in Wisconsin. This Per Diem position entails assuming responsibility for patient care, assessing rehabilitation needs, and formulating treatment plans. Ideal candidates will have current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin and preferably some inpatient rehabilitation experience.
