Key Customer Success Manager

Key Customer Success Manager | Global Logistics Leader We're looking for a Key Customer Success Manager to join a growing managed transportation and 4PL organization. If you have experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or freight brokerage and enjoy building strategic customer relationships, this is an exciting opportunity to drive customer growth, retention, and long-term value for some of the company's most important accounts. What You'll Do: Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts and serve as the primary relationship owner Build trusted partnerships with executive and C-suite stakeholders Drive customer retention, growth, and value realization across assigned accounts Lead strategic business reviews, account planning, and customer success initiatives Align customer goals with internal operations, supply chain, engineering, and delivery teams Identify risks, growth opportunities, and solution expansion opportunities Act as an escalation point and advocate for customer needs across the organization Influence cross-functional teams to deliver successful customer outcomes and operational excellence What You Bring: Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of transportation, logistics, supply chain, freight brokerage, or related industry experience Strong customer-facing account management, customer success, or strategic relationship management experience Deep understanding of transportation and logistics operations Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills Strong business acumen and ability to identify customer risks and growth opportunities Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience with managed transportation, 4PL, TMS platforms, or consultative solutions is highly valued Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally Salary: $90 – $130k yearly If you have an interest in Key Customer Success Manager, please apply now!
