Job Description

Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator – $20+/hr + Growth

Looking for a stable warehouse role with forklift time and opportunities to grow? We're hiring Warehouse Associates / Forklift Operators to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations. This is a great fit for candidates with forklift, warehouse, production, or material handling experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products
Load and unload trucks and trailers
Stage, organize, and prepare materials for production and shipping
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
Complete shipping and receiving documentation
Use warehouse systems and scanners to track materials
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

6+ months of forklift experience
Warehouse, production, or material handling experience
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Experience That's a Plus

Shipping and receiving experience
Inventory control experience
SAP or warehouse management system experience
Customer service or distribution experience
Multiple forklift types or certifications
