Ecommerce Coordinator

OverviewLansinoh is looking for a proactive, results-driven eCommerce Coordinator with 2–3 years of eCommerce or digital marketing experience to support and enhance our growing online retail presence. The eCommerce Coordinator will own the day-to-day management and performance of key online retail channels including Walmart and Target online platforms, as well as other retail media platforms. This role is responsible for driving digital shelf excellence, executing promotional strategies, and coordinating retail media initiatives to drive traffic, conversion and revenue across key channels.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end management of Walmart.com (1P or 3P) and Target.com and Amazon.caEnsure digital shelf excellence, including item setup, content quality, taxonomy, attributes, and ongoing maintenanceManage item setup, content updates and optimizations through third party partners and agenciesPlan and execute promotional strategies across Amazon CA, Walmart, and Target, including key tentpole events such as Baby Month and other seasonal initiativesCoordinate, execute, and optimize retail media programs, including AMS, Walmart Connect, and Roundel, including performance tracking and post-campaign learningsMonitor and report on KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion, availability, and content complianceIdentify and implement platform-specific best practices to drive efficiency, visibility, and performance improvementsPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure seamless execution across channelsDeliver regular reporting and insights to leadership with clear action-oriented recommendationsRequired Skills and AbilitiesHands-on experience managing Amazon, Walmart Seller Center or 1P systems and Target digital operationsFamiliarity with retail media platforms (Walmart Connect and Roundel)Strong understanding of digital shelf fundamentals, content optimization and promotional executionHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and executional rigorAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong analytical, problem solving and communication skillsEducation and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree requiredYears of experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon, Walmart.com and/or Target.com eCommerce platformsExperience working with and managing agency and/or third-party partnersPrior experience within a consumer-packaged goods (CPG) companyExposure to Amazon best practices and platform standards preferredWhat We Are AboutFor over 40 years, new mothers have trusted Lansinoh to support and care for them while they enter the messy magic of motherhood.
