Success in this role requires strong people leadership, a passion for developing talent, and the ability to inspire teams through change while driving innovation at scale.You will identify strategic opportunities to expand Global Shared Services' offerings, prepare your team, HR, and Capital Group for change, and implement centralized solutions that improve efficiency, increase direct access to information, and enhance the overall experience.
