Field Service Coordinator

Managing service requests for Protective Packaging Equipment, the full-time Field Service Coordinator will coordinate and schedule field technicians, optimize service delivery, and maintain communication with customers, while working remotely or onsite in Streetsboro, OH. Key responsibilities Coordinate and schedule field service technicians for installations, maintenance, and repairs on packaging equipment Create and manage service work orders in ServiceMax, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation Communicate proactively with customers regarding service updates, expectations, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience required 4-6 years of experience in a field service, dispatching, or scheduling role, preferably in industrial equipment or manufacturing Experience with field service scheduling tools, such as ServiceMax, is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
