Supply Chain Management Analyst

Supply Chain Management Analyst Location: North Charleston, South Carolina. Shift: 1st shift. Position is 100% onsite and requires presence at the North Charleston site. No visa sponsorship. Responsibilities Incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. Apply supply chain management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain. Analyze complex material requirements. Verify and incorporate Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan. Determine part number attributes. Initiate, coordinate and authorize release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability. Ensure on‑time delivery. Document and resolve order delinquencies. Report schedule adherence issues. Develop and control inventory plans. Optimize inventory levels and analyze dispositions of excess inventories. Initiate audits. Develop and create schedules for products and services. Assist in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals. Implement and maintain process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance. Work under general direction. Basic Qualifications 1+ year of experience in material management analysis or supply chain management analysis. 1+ year of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP. 1+ year of experience working in a position where priorities changed frequently and customer service was critical. 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. 1+ year of experience in supply chain and inventory management. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry. 3+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing. 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain. 3+ years of experience with ordering or managing raw materials. Additional Information Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Drug‑Free Workplace: Employees are subject to drug testing for specified substances as outlined in policies. Pay ranges: Level 2: $70,550 - $95,450. Level 3: $85,850 - $116,150.
