Associate Attorney

YOU MUST ALREADY BE ADMITTED TO THE NJ BAR About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team in New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 0.5-4 years of experience to gain hands‑on exposure to a high-volume, fast-paced personal injury practice. You will work closely with senior attorneys and have the opportunity to take ownership of cases from inception through resolution. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and general negligence cases Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence Conduct legal research and case analysis Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations Assist with trial preparation and, as experience grows, participate in trial proceedings Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required) 0-4 years of experience (personal injury experience preferred, but not required) Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Client-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism What We Offer Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus structure Hands‑on mentorship and clear path for professional growth Exposure to meaningful, high-impact cases Collaborative and supportive team environment Team-oriented culture with direct access to leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
