Litigation Attorney (flexible remote)

Represent employees and make a meaningful impact by advocating for individuals in workplace disputes.
Handle sophisticated plaintiff-side employment litigation from intake through resolution.

Primarily on-site for attorneys building experience, with increasing hybrid or remote flexibility available for more experienced, self-sufficient attorneys.
Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and have at least 2+ years of plaintiff or defense employment litigation experience. More experienced attorneys are encouraged to apply.

Represent employees in employment litigation matters from initial consultation through resolution.
Evaluate potential claims and develop litigation strategies.
Draft complaints, motions, demand letters, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and analyze complex employment law issues.
Manage discovery, depositions, negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation proceedings.
Counsel clients regarding their legal rights and strategic options.
Negotiate favorable settlements while preparing cases for litigation when necessary.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
Stay current on developments in employment law and litigation strategy.
2+ years of employment litigation experience.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and courtroom advocacy abilities.
• Experience managing litigation matters with minimal supervision.
• Plaintiff-side employment law experience is preferred but not required.
