Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Our client is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 4-10 years of experience to manage a full personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through trial. Roles & Responsibilities Manage a full personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through trial, including motor vehicle, slip/trip and fall, construction, medical malpractice, and general PI matters. Develop litigation strategies and oversee all aspects of case handling, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal documentation. Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, court appearances, and negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel. Maintain exceptional client communication while collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to maximize case outcomes. Mentor and help build a high-performing litigation team while contributing to the firm's expanding Northeast practice. Qualifications Active New Jersey Bar license required, along with 4-10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Demonstrated experience handling both pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters. Strong courtroom, deposition, negotiation, case management, legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong academic credentials with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated leader capable of managing a high-volume caseload independently and collaboratively; Spanish language skills are a plus.
