Looking for courtroom action? Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., with offices in Teaneck and Pennington, New Jersey, is your answer. We are a practice of 27 plaintiff personal injury lawyers seeking to add civil trial lawyers with two to ten years of experience to work with our existing twelve Certified Civil Trial Attorneys.

Our firm is continuing to grow! Although we recently hired an Attorney, we find ourselves needing additional experienced Attorneys to support our growing business. We invite you to join our current legal talent as part of our expanding practice.

The ideal candidate will work under a firm partner as a litigation team member on cases from inception through settlement or verdict, backed up by our experienced case managers/paralegals. Duties include client contact, intakes, drafting of pleadings, discovery demands and responses, depositions, motion practice, arbitrations, settlement negotiations, and potentially serving as first or second seat at jury trials. As an education-based law firm, we take pride in associate development through onboarding, continuing legal education, weekly training sessions, and mentorship programs.

The role is fully in-house.

Part-Time work is also available as long as you are able to work at least 25 hours a week.

$75,000 - $165,000 yearly DOE

• A strong desire to help clients;

• Legal intelligence in formulating case strategies;
• Good writing, organization, computer skills and work ethic;
• Strong desire to win results on behalf of injured clients;
• Strong desire to work with the latest cutting-edge technologies;
• Second language skills are a plus;
• Plaintiff or Defense experience;
• Proven track record;
• Experience with personal injury cases;
• Federal Court experience is a plus.

Experienced Attorneys with 3 - 5 years of Personal Injury Experience

• Admission to New Jersey Bar is a must (New York Bar not necessary, but a plus);
• Plaintiff or defense experience;
• Ability to handle and manage a personal injury case list at all stages;
• Solid legal knowledge of NJ Motor Vehicle Accidents and premises jurisprudence;
• Understanding of legal medicine;
• Deposition, Arbitration and Dispositive Motion Experience;
• Experience prepping cases for trial.

Experienced Trial Attorney with ten+ years of Personal Injury Experience

• New Jersey Admission is a must (New York Bar is a plus);
• Civil Trial Certification or eligibility;
• Medical Malpractice Experience and/or Product Liability;
• Proven Track Record;
• Experienced with managing catastrophic and serious injury cases;
• Federal Court Experience is a plus;
• Good writing skills;
• Winning record;
• Solid work ethic.
