Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney in Montclair, NJ, to manage a diverse caseload from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Duties Independently manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution. Conduct depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and court appearances. Negotiate settlements and communicate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients regarding case progress. Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely case movement and positive outcomes. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred). Strong negotiation and litigation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple active cases. Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey (required). Spanish proficiency strongly preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in New Jersey. Skills Strong negotiation and litigation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
