Our candidate of choice will bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience of plaintiff-side Personal Injury experience. You must have high-energy and be a detail-driven Personal Injury professional ready to fight for our clients and deliver results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS: Manage a caseload of personal injury clients from intake through settlement Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters Draft demands, negotiate settlements, and prepare case files Schedule depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings for trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit preparation.
