Every day, you'll meet job seekers, hear their stories, and open a door for them. You'll also partner closely with our employer partners to understand their staffing needs and deliver the righttalent,fast. This is a fast-paced, in-office role for someone who thrives on variety, moves quickly without missing a detail, and genuinely believes that helping someone get a job is one of the best things you can do for another person. What You’ll Do Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for our clients across light industrial, warehouse, and logistics roles. Deliver excellent customer service to both applicants and clients — every conversation matters. Juggle multiple job orders, candidate pipelines, interviews, and onboarding tasks at once without losing track ofa single one. Contact candidates outside standard business hours when needed to schedule or confirm interviews. Conduct in-person interviews and onboard new hires — in our office and at client sites as required. Keep meticulous, organized records so nothing ever falls through the cracks. Travel to client sites for meetings that may fall before or after standard office hours. Bring a positive, optimistic, get-it-done attitude to a high-volume, detail-driven environment. Build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, treating every placement like it matters — because it does. Willingness to work 100% in-office — this roleis not eligible for remote work and requires being physically present to interview and onboard candidates. Availability for occasional after-hours candidate contact and early/late client site meetings. Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service is preferred.
