We are growing and looking for an experienced, driven, hands-on Warehouse & Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about building efficient, high-performing operations.

The Opportunity

As our Warehouse & Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in keeping our warehouse and production operations running efficiently. You will oversee inventory, logistics, material flow, workflow, and team performance while driving continuous improvements that support customer deadlines and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is comfortable working alongside their team, solving problems, improving processes, and holding people accountable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and efficient organization of parts, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate material flow between the warehouse and production teams to support repair operations and customer deadlines.
• Partner with production leadership to improve scheduling, workflow, productivity, and turnaround times.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees while establishing a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Promote workplace safety, organization, cleanliness, and Lean/5S practices.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Quality, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and work-in-process records using ERP and inventory management systems.
• Develop, implement, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce errors, minimize waste, and improve overall operational performance.
• Establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory accuracy, productivity, order fulfillment, and turnaround time.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and take immediate action to keep work moving.
• Ensure warehouse equipment and processes are maintained in a safe, organized, and efficient manner.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of warehouse management, logistics, or operations leadership experience.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Experience in industrial repair, manufacturing, distribution, or a similar environment is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team.
• Strong organizational, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions.
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the team and lead by example.
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
