Bob Boyte Honda - Brandon is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Brandon, MS. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every client. You will manage service appointments, communicate vehicle service needs clearly, and coordinate with technicians to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive for service appointments.
• Listen to customers' vehicle concerns and accurately document service requests.
• Explain service recommendations and vehicle repairs to customers in a clear and friendly manner.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely service completion and updates.
• Prepare and process service orders, work with invoicing, and handle payment processing.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, service procedures, and dealership promotions.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership management software a plus.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
