## Cycle CounterApplylocations: Inwood, WVtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R20947**Job Summary**The Cycle Counter Clerk is responsible for tracking inventory of various materials; finding the root causes for inventory discrepancies and accurately recording inventory counts in the system. this person will also be responsable for our Safety Department. **Principle Duties and Responsibilities*** Counts and tracks physical inventory* Maintains accurate records of counts and frequency of counts* Communicates any variances or inventory discrepancies to management* Records inventory counts in the accounting system* Investigates any inventory discrepancies and document any corrections* Ensures accuracy of the information in the system and compliance with internal controls* Prepares various reports and correspondence as required* Performs other duties as required. Responsible for the Safety department**Qualifications*** High school diploma* Minimum one year of experience in inventory control or related area* Working knowledge of inventory internal controls, and company procedures* Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook* Basic knowledge of lumber math, lumber grades and species* Preferred understanding of company policies, practices and procedures* Must be at least 18 years of age #J-18808-Ljbffr
