Responsibilities: Safely transport hazardous materials in compliance with DOT and federal regulations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is roadworthy Properly handle, load, and secure hazardous cargo according to safety protocols Maintain accurate logs, shipping documents, and manifests for all hauls Follow all HAZMAT placarding and labeling requirements during transport Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members Respond appropriately to spills, accidents, or emergencies involving hazardous materials Requirements: Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazardous Materials (H) endorsement required Valid TWIC card or ability to obtain one preferred Proven experience driving and transporting hazardous materials Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and HAZMAT compliance standards Clean driving record with no major violations Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physical Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety at all times About Us: RNG Transportation LLC is a trusted transportation company based in Amelia, VA, dedicated to delivering safe, efficient, and compliant logistics solutions.
