Maintenance Tech - Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Tech to support daily operations and ensure our facilities and grounds remain clean, safe, and well?maintained. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail?oriented, and comfortable performing a variety of physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Grounds Maintenance: Perform general outdoor clean?up, including debris removal and maintaining a tidy appearance of the property.
• Trash Removal: Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash from designated areas.
• Appliance Moving: Assist with transporting, lifting, and positioning appliances as needed.
• Basic Facility Upkeep: Replace light bulbs and complete simple maintenance tasks to support overall building functionality.
• General Support: Assist team members with additional labor tasks or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely.
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Previous general labor or maintenance experience is a plus but not required.

Work Environment

• May involve indoor and outdoor tasks.
• Requires standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
