Construction Laborer

Trillium Construction is seeking for data center racking installers for a long term project out in Ellendale, North Dakota. Pay rate is up to $28/hr plus per diem is$1410/week. Schedule:Monday–Saturday, 6:00-5:30pm, 63 hours/week. Responsibilities:

• Data center experience preferred. Support general construction activities, including assembly, installation, site preparation, and material handling.
• Perform basic tasks such as loading and unloading materials, using tools, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Assist with the installation of racks, containment systems, cabling pathways, and steel framing.
• Travel to project sites as needed and maintain flexibility to support varying work schedules and project timelines.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in general labor or construction.
• Experience in data centers is preferred.
• Able to pass background check to obtain a yellow badge and preemployment screenings.
• OSHA 10, fall protection, and scissor lift certified (or willing to obtain certifications).

PPE Required to be Worn:

• Level 2 Hard hat with chin strap
• Impact gloves and gloves with cut level 5 or above
• Steel toe boots
• Safety googles and vest
• Harness & Yo-Yo

• Razor knife

• Cordless impact drill
• Ratcheting Wrench
