StaffMed Health Partners is partnering with a leading employer-sponsored health clinic in Northwest Ohio to assist in the recruitment of a Primary Care Physician. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a patient-focused, low-volume environment with strong employer support and minimal administrative burden. Perks and Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $230,000 $280,000
• Predictable 40-hour workweek with no weekends
• Employer-sponsored patient base (insured population)
• Onsite support staff including NPs, MAs, and LPNs

Practice Highlights / Qualifications

• Outpatient Primary Care setting
• Patient mix: adult and pediatric
• Scope includes:
  • Preventive care and annual physicals
  • Chronic disease management
  • Acute care visits
  • Occupational health (DOT physicals, workers comp)
• Team-based model with 2 NPs, 2 physicians, and full clinical support staff
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Med-Peds
