Your Responsibilities

Charlesbank Cooperative is seeking candidates for an Assistant Property Manager role. The community consists of 276 units and is a limited equity cooperative, multi-story high-rise located in the Longwood Medical and Academic area of Huntington Avenue. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. This role will be responsible for leasing, waitlist management, recertifications, rent collection, accounts payable, processing work orders, and overall office management.

Your Qualifications:

Previous leasing experience in property management is required. Knowledge of Section 8 program is a plus. COS/CPO certification is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Starting Salary Range: $30.00 to $33.50 per hour
