Your Responsibilities Charlesbank Cooperative is seeking candidates for an Assistant Property Manager role. The community consists of 276 units and is a limited equity cooperative, multi-story high-rise located in the Longwood Medical and Academic area of Huntington Avenue. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. This role will be responsible for leasing, waitlist management, recertifications, rent collection, accounts payable, processing work orders, and overall office management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
