Maintenance Technician

Position: Maintenance Technician 
Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
Schedule: Week days (Monday through Friday ), work can only be performed during the day (between the hours of 9am-3pm and t ypically takes 3 hours per shift)

Overview:
Nascence Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors.

Responsibilities may include:

• Cleaning air vents, and replacing filters

• Changing light bulbs, and replacing ballasts

• Shampooing carpets

• Dust, polish, and wipe down furniture and high-touch surfaces

• Spray buffing

• Strip and Waxing

• Safely operate and maintain cleaning tools and power equipment

• Secure all doors and facilities after cleaning is complete

• Adhere to safety standards, including proper chemical usage and handling of cleaning agents

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, move, and store cleaning supplies and equipment

• Physical capability to walk, stand, kneel, and reach throughout the shift

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions

• Must work well independently and as part of a team

• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability

• Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance services preferred
