Home Health Speech Therapist

Dynamic is seeking a compassionate, skilled Speech Therapist to join our home health team. In this role, you will provide in-home speech therapy services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, helping them improve function, safety, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients’ speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders
• Provide therapeutic interventions in the home setting
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and on time
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the care team
• Participate in care planning and case conferences as needed
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and professional standards

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state license as a Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
