Role Description The Customer Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Manasquan, NJ, responsible for overseeing client communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. In this role, the individual will manage inbound and outbound client interactions, respond to inquiries, and provide regular project updates in coordination with project managers and field teams. The Customer Relations Manager will handle client feedback and concerns, track service issues, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining accurate records in company systems. Day-to-day activities include scheduling meetings, preparing status reports, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting the handoff from sales to operations and post-project follow-up. This role also contributes to improving customer service processes and participates in initiatives to enhance client experience and strengthen long-term relationships.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, client relations, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
• Organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple client requests, priorities, and deadlines.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a calm and professional approach to handling complaints or escalations.
• Comfort using office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or customer databases) and documenting interactions accurately.
• Basic understanding of construction or project-based work environments is preferred; willingness to learn industry terminology and processes.
• Ability to work on-site in Manasquan, NJ, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the company professionally with clients.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
