PAROLE AGENT II, ADULT PAROLE SUPERVISOR

Parole Agent II (Supervisor), Adult Parole Parole Agent II (Supervisor) responsible for supervising Adult Parole operations and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Salary and Term $10,316.00 – $12,989.00 per month. The position is a 12‑month limited term, which may be extended up to 24 months or become permanent. Minimum Requirements Minimum qualifications are defined in the Classification Specification. Candidates must meet these criteria to be considered. Desirable Qualifications Ability to develop policies and procedures regarding training programs. Ability to propose workable solutions in a tactful, constructive manner with staff at all levels. Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to assign and monitor employee workload and provide feedback as necessary. Ability to recognize and make use of employees' strengths. Ability to learn and navigate complex computer systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel. Excellent time management skills and dependability. Prior experience in a specialized unit. Prior experience as a certified trainer.
