• Transform CAD intent into accurate, efficient machining strategies for multi‑axis CNC mills and manual lathes.
• Guarantee design fidelity by reading blueprints/specifications and validating results with precision metrology and CMM.
• Bridge design and production by building 2D drawings and 3D models in AutoCAD, Siemens NX, SolidWorks, and Mastercam.
• Program CAM toolpaths directly from CAD models for reliable, repeatable output.
• Keep manufacturing data current through documentation and administrative work in Oracle Manufacturing.

• Set up, program, and operate multi‑axis CNC mills; perform manual lathe operations when required.
• Plan machining sequences from prints and CAD/CAM files to ensure 100% alignment with engineering designs.
• Conduct in‑process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and CMM equipment.
• Develop and optimize toolpaths and workholding for prototypes and production runs.

• 3D CAD modeling experience in Siemens NX or SolidWorks.
• Degree in Precision Machining Technology or CAD certifications; or 1–2 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across all organizational levels.

• Exposure to Injection Molding, Extrusion, Thermoforming, and Dip Molding.
• Experience with Oracle Manufacturing for documentation/administration.

• CNC tooling knowledge and selection.
• Multi‑axis CNC programming.
• CNC machine setup and changeover.
• Production run setups and optimization.
• Manual machining expertise.
