Remote Claims Intake Specialist

New paradigm staffing

We’re looking for a detail-driven Claims Intake Specialist to join New Paradigm Staffing, supporting healthcare payers and billing departments with new claim submissions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys documentation-heavy work and wants to support the early stages of the claims process. You’ll review incoming materials, verify completeness, and prepare claims for processing.

What You’ll Do

Sort and review incoming claim documents
Confirm that required fields and attachments are present
Enter preliminary claim information into systems
Route claims to the appropriate team
Maintain strict confidentiality standards
