Procurement Analyst

Procurement AnalystColumbus, OH (Local/Onsite) W2 contract role 12 Months with opportunity to extendRole Summary: Execution-focused role ensuring procurement processes run efficiently and data is accurate.Responsibilities: Primary Focus: Execution, data, and process supportProcess requisitions and create purchase ordersMaintain procurement systems, supplier records, pricing, and contractsTrack orders, deliveries, and resolve routine issues (expediting, discrepancies)Support supplier onboarding and documentation complianceGather quotes and assist with RFQsGenerate standard reports (spend, supplier activity, delivery tracking)Conduct basic spend analysis to identify trends or inconsistenciesCoordinate with internal stakeholders to confirm specifications and requirementsMonitor and report on supplier performance (delivery, quality, responsiveness)* Beware of scams. S3 never asks for money during its onboarding process
