Service Leader

To support a growing team, the remote Professional Services Leader will manage the implementation and configuration of software for clients, oversee multiple projects, coach team members, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring timely project completion and revenue targets are met. Key responsibilities Lead the Professional Services team by managing daily work, priorities, and performance while coaching team members Deliver successful customer projects by managing software deployment, configuration, and training from kickoff to completion Strengthen customer relationships and identify additional services to enhance customer outcomes and improve revenue Required qualifications 3+ years of direct people leadership experience 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, customer service, or sales Experience managing software deployment or implementation projects Strong understanding of project management processes, including scope and timelines Ability to travel as required, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
