Work with branch leaders and production partners on renewals, client retention, and client satisfaction. Help spot ways to improve how work gets done, support margin goals, and make sure the team has what it needs to serve clients well.Coach colleagues, help remove roadblocks, and build a culture where people share ideas and keep learning. Help protect existing business and look for ways to grow accounts when it fits the client’s needs.About YouRequired: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience.
