Prep Cook / Kitchen Support

At Tucanos Brazilian Grill, we're looking for  hardworking team members who take pride in preparing quality food and are willing to jump in wherever the kitchen needs support. This role includes food preparation, dishwashing, cleaning, stocking, and closing duties to help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

• Prepare fresh ingredients following recipes and quality standards.

• Take pride in keeping our Salad Festival fresh, fully stocked, and guest-ready throughout your shift.

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and food safe.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Support the entire kitchen by assisting with dishwashing, cleaning, stocking, and other duties as needed.

• Takes pride in producing quality food every shift.

• Can read and follow recipes and written instructions.

• Works with urgency while maintaining quality.

• Is dependable, has reliable transportation, and arrives on time for every shift.

• Maintains a clean, professional appearance and represents the Tucanos brand with pride.

• Enjoys being part of a team and is willing to do whatever it takes to help the kitchen succeed.
