Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support treatment goals Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Compensation & Schedule Location: Taylorsville,UT Schedule: Part-Time Hours: 20 Hours per week- Afternoon Schedule Pay Rate: $22 – $28 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Qualifications & Requirements MUST HAVE AN Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Fluent in English 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion Valid CPR and First aid certificate High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation Ability to successfully pass a background check Preferred Previous ABA therapy experience Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Some college coursework in education, psychology, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
