Behavior Technician

Female Behavior Technician (BT)ABA SHINE is seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavior Technician (BT) to provide Behavior Respite (BR) support to a young adult in San Ramon. The position will initially begin with weekend hours, with the potential for additional hours as the BT builds rapport and trust with the client and family.Responsibilities:Provide safe, attentive supervision and caregiver-relief support.Assist with daily living activities and routines as needed.Implement behavioral and safety strategies according to the client's support plan.Use a patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.Communicate professionally with the family and clinical team.We are looking for someone who is reliable, caring, patient, and comfortable supporting a young adult with behavioral and daily living needs.
