zTrip, one of North America's leading transportation providers, is seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Community Partnerships Manager to expand our presence throughout the Birmingham market. In this role, you'll develop strategic partnerships, strengthen community relationships, and create new opportunities that increase awareness and utilization of zTrip's transportation services.

What You'll Do as a Community Partnerships Manager:

Partnership Development & Growth

• Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities with healthcare organizations, hotels, educational institutions, corporations, community groups, and local businesses.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, community leaders, and industry stakeholders.
• Generate and manage business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and consultations to showcase zTrip's transportation solutions and services.
• Support initiatives that drive market growth, increase ridership, and expand brand recognition throughout the region.
• Develop long-term partnerships that contribute to sustainable business growth.

Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary liaison for prospective and existing community and business partners.
• Build trust and credibility through exceptional service, communication, and responsiveness.
• Understand partner needs and recommend customized transportation solutions.
• Foster ongoing engagement with local businesses, organizations, and community stakeholders.
• Maintain strong partner satisfaction and retention through active relationship management.

Community Engagement & Outreach

• Represent zTrip at networking events, chamber meetings, trade shows, community programs, and industry functions.
• Support local marketing and promotional initiatives designed to increase awareness of zTrip services.
• Act as an ambassador for the zTrip brand within the Birmingham community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop outreach campaigns and community-focused initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to increase visibility, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen community partnerships.

Strategic Collaboration

• Partner with company leadership to achieve growth and community engagement objectives.
• Work closely with operations and customer support teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Support customer retention and market expansion strategies.
• Provide valuable market insights, community feedback, and competitive intelligence to leadership.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve services and expand transportation accessibility.

Qualifications of a Community Partnerships Manager:

Preferred Experience

• Experience in business development, partnership management, community relations, account management, marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve measurable results.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable interacting with executives, business professionals, community leaders, and public stakeholders.
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
