Program Manager Tech 4

Overview Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 4 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 4, you will be part of the Web Development Department supporting the Minecraft.net team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, and the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Program Manager Tech 4 Location: Remote Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr What’s the Job? Manage and drive program and project schedules for web development initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints. Create and review functional specifications to guide implementation processes. Provide technical and analytical insights to Product Managers and stakeholders. Organize and facilitate discussions to clarify requirements, scope, and success criteria. What’s Needed? Hands-on experience with React, single page applications (SPAs), and modern web development workflows. Experience facilitating cross-functional discussions and managing SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban. Understanding of web platform enhancements, content systems, and large-scale website services. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills to interface with clients on technical and business issues. What’s in it for me?
