Nuestra compañiaestá en búsqueda de un Representante de Servicio al Cliente (Remoto) para apoyar a nuestros clientes en cada etapa de su experiencia con nuestros servicios. En este rol orientado al cliente, serás el punto de contacto principal desde la solicitud inicial hasta el seguimiento posterior, asegurando que cada cliente reciba una experiencia fluida, personalizada y de alta calidad. Esta posición es ideal para una persona organizada, orientada al servicio y comprometida con brindar experiencias excepcionales a los clientes. Responsabilidades Principales Responder de manera rápida y profesional a consultas de clientes por teléfono, correo electrónico y plataformas de mensajería Asistir a los clientes con reservas, solicitudes de servicio, cambios, cancelaciones y requerimientos especiales Proporcionar información clara y actualizada sobre servicios, procesos y políticas de la empresa Coordinar detalles de reservas y confirmar solicitudes para garantizar precisión y satisfacción del cliente Realizar seguimiento proactivo con los clientes para asegurar una experiencia positiva Atender inquietudes o problemas con empatía, profesionalismo y enfoque en soluciones Mantener registros precisos y actualizar los sistemas internos Requisitos y Habilidades Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente o atención al público Fuertes habilidades de organización y atención al detalle Comodidad utilizando herramientas digitales y plataformas de gestión Persona responsable, proactiva y capaz de manejar múltiples solicitudes de clientes Interés en brindar un servicio de alta calidad y generar experiencias positivas para los clientes Lo Que Ofrecemos Trabajo 100% remoto Horarios flexibles Oportunidades de crecimiento profesional dentro de la empresa Beneficios y programas para empleados Ambiente de equipo colaborativo con capacitación y desarrollo continuo Postúlate Hoy Los candidatos interesados están invitados a postularse hoy mismo y formar parte de nuestro equipo remoto de servicio al cliente. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Claros Travels
