Senior Sourcing Lead- Electrical & Electronic

Align with the global and local commodity teams to select and develop suppliers, while leveraging negotiated agreements.Support cost management initiatives focusing on cost tracking and escalation.Coordinate and resolve issues regarding existing and new suppliers. Interact with customers and internal partners to ensure that all requirements are being met.Designs and develops specific supply chain initiatives to achieve a competitive advantage through supply resiliency and improved responsiveness to customer demand.YOU HAVE:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related degree.5+ years experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Operations in a high growth environment is preferred. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
