Employbridge is seeking a Field Recruiter who will source candidates, screen resumes, interview applicants, and refer qualified talent to job assignments in a high-volume environment. The role focuses on building a robust candidate pipeline, meeting time-to-fill goals, and supporting diversity hiring initiatives.
You will leverage CRM/ATS systems, social media, and networks to attract active and passive candidates, while coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely placement and compliant
