Regional Manager TechnicianColumbus, Ohio Direct Hire Aug 13, 2026Job Title: Regional ManagerLocation: Etna, OHSalary Range: $160,000-195,000/YRPosition Summary:Our client is seeking a Regional Manager to support multiple data center projects across the local market.Key Responsibilities:Own overall site performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction.Maintain clear, real-time awareness of site risks, constraints, and key execution priorities.Ensure projects are managed in a consistent and repeatable way that follows established program standards.Bring PM and Sr. PM activities together into a coordinated and effective site operating rhythm.Establish and maintain standard planning, reporting, and execution practices across the site.Limit ad-hoc approaches that could create inconsistencies, reduce predictability, or impact project control.Serve as the primary escalation point for issues that go beyond the authority of individual project teams.Address conflicts between projects involving staffing, materials, site access, or work sequencing.Identify and escalate larger risks, resource constraints, and capacity issues while providing clear recommendations for resolution.Maintain strong senior-level relationships with customer and General Contractor leadership.Represent site leadership during executive reviews, planning meetings, and other high-level discussions.Lead, coach, mentor, and develop PMs and Sr. PMs to support strong project execution.Travel as needed to support project and business requirements.Education:Bachelor's degree preferredExperience:• 8+ years of construction or data center leadership experience. • Experience managing multiple hyperscale projects or campuses. • Strong regional planning, staffing, and risk management background.About Us:At Anistar Technologies, we connect individuals from a variety of industries with respected companies, both nationally and internationally.
