Work you’ll do/Responsibilities Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Servicebusiness processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.Document business requirements and support compliance with applicable regulatory, operational, and internalcontrol requirements.Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for CRM and front-office Customer Service processes and transactions,and regulatory and operational support.Act as a liaison between the business area and technical support organizations to ensure business needs areproperly documented and translated into technical requirements.Support business process analysis, procedure development, workflow optimization, issue resolution, testing,validation, and implementation of operational improvements.Support business continuity, governance, risk identification, escalation, operational reporting, and execution ofdepartmental priorities. Qualifications Required 6+ years experience in Change Management6+ yearsSAP experience · Advanced knowledge of utility Customer Service operations, SAP utility system processes, query and reporting tools, and data analysis.· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.· Advanced understanding of Web Applications.· Strong communication skills. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred Analytical/ Decision Making ResponsibilitiesAnalytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work productsCan operate independently or with minimum supervisionExcellent Written and Communication SkillsAbility to deliver technical demonstrations The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95000 to $150000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
