Salary: $52,200–$54,300 annually (dependently licensed)

Child Focus is seeking a compassionate Juvenile Court Mental Health Therapist to provide intensive, community-based mental health services to adolescents ages 12–19 involved with the Clermont County Juvenile Court. Our therapists work alongside families to address mental health needs, strengthen family relationships, and help youth remain safely at home whenever possible.

What You'll Do

As a Juvenile Court Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Provide individual and family therapy for youth ages 12–19
• Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health treatment
• Respond to crises and develop safety and stabilization plans
• Teach coping, emotional regulation, and independent living skills
• Coordinate care with juvenile court staff, schools, medical providers, and community partners
• Connect families with community resources and supportive services
• Complete timely clinical documentation and treatment planning

Services are provided primarily in the home and community, reducing barriers to treatment while allowing therapists to build strong therapeutic relationships with youth and caregivers.

Required Education

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy

Required Licensure

• Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT (Ohio licensure required)
